Bromley Community Events Group

The BCEG was set up in 2003 to continue the long established community tradition of a Miss Bromley carnival court. The Miss Bromley Pageant undertakes many activities locally in support of worthy causes and community activities, including organising an illuminated carnival procession as a contribution to Bromley town centre’s pre-Christmas festivities.

Through their activities the girls are able to acquire a practical understanding of the importance of self discipline, experience how to work together as part of a team or individually, appreciate the rewards that can be gained from helping others and learn how to take a greater pride in their local community.
The girls also act as ambassadors for Bromley in carnivals around southern England where they help to raise money for local good causes. give2give was delighted to donate £1,500 to The Miss Bromley Pageant to help pay towards its general costs.
