There are many wonderful small charities and community groups across the Borough of Bromley delivering a diverse range of praiseworthy services to local people. Together these groups (often run solely by volunteers) add tremendous value to our local community (i.e. caring for the disabled and elderly, encouraging children with special needs to fulfill their potential, increasing the employability of young adults, offering support to careers, counselling the bereaved, providing after school activities for youngsters etc).
Unfortunately the task of raising the necessary funds to continue running these organisations and groups has become significantly more difficult in recent years. This is mainly due to the increased competition for charitable and corporate trust funding, together with more complex and time consuming procedures involved with funding applications. In addition to the difficulties of raising funds, the cost of running these groups is also on the increase as they endeavor to comply with modern health and safety laws and other new legislation.
give2give was founded in July 2003, with one simple aim - to raise funds for small local charities and community groups across the Borough of Bromley in order that their staff and volunteers can spend more time doing what they do best and less time fundraising.

I hope you’ll join us in helping good causes across Bromley.
